Welcome to Aulona Alchemy. These terms describe the agreement between you and us when you visit our website, follow along on the podcast, or join one of our workshops, programs, or the Academy. Read them carefully — by using any of our services, you agree to them.
THE AGREEMENT
01 Acceptance of these terms
By accessing aulona-alchemy.com or any of our services — including the podcast, free workshops, the One Year Manifesting Challenge, the Alchemy of Miracles, mentoring sessions, and any other Aulona Alchemy offering — you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and that you accept these terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
02 Who we are
Aulona Alchemy is a personal-brand platform founded by Aulona Halilaj — engineer, manifestation mentor, and creator of the Quantum Leap framework. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Aulona Alchemy and its team.
03 Use of our services
You may use our website, podcast, and free resources for your personal, non-commercial growth. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or repurpose our content without written permission, and not to use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them.
We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or remove content at our discretion when these terms are not respected.
04 Workshops, the Academy, and paid programs
Some of our offerings — including the Quantum Leap blueprint, the Academy membership, mentoring sessions, and live workshops — require a purchase. By enrolling, you agree to the price, schedule, and access terms shown at checkout.
Refund eligibility is described on each program’s sales page. Where a refund window is offered, requests must be made in writing within that window. Outside of it, all sales are final.
Access to digital products is granted to a single user. Sharing your login, recordings, or worksheets with anyone else is a breach of these terms and may result in revoked access without refund.
05 Intellectual property
All written, visual, audio, and video content on Aulona Alchemy — including the Quantum Leap framework, our worksheets, podcast episodes, designs, and the alchemy/academy branding — is the exclusive property of Aulona Alchemy and protected by intellectual-property law.
You may share short, attributed excerpts on social media. Anything beyond that — reuploads, derivative courses, repackaging, or training of automated systems — requires our prior written consent.
06 Your content and submissions
When you send us a testimonial, message, comment, or any other submission, you grant Aulona Alchemy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and educational purposes. You confirm that the content is yours to share and that it does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.
07 Educational content — not professional advice
Aulona Alchemy teaches manifestation, mindset, and personal growth from a spiritual and engineering-inspired perspective. Our content is educational and reflective — it is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, finances, or legal situation. Results from any program depend on your own commitment, circumstances, and action; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
08 Third-party links and platforms
Our podcast and content are distributed across third-party platforms — including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and Instagram. Each platform has its own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or how they handle your data.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aulona Alchemy and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including loss of income, opportunities, or data — arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months prior to the claim.
10 Privacy
We only collect the personal data we need to deliver our services — your name, email, and any details you choose to share when contacting us or enrolling in a program. We do not sell your data, and we use it solely to communicate with you and to improve what we offer.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced through our usual channels. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
